Founded in 1986 by Michael A. Stepp (President) and Richard O. Lee (Vice President) AMS Contractors Inc. is a full commercial Mechanical Contractor specializing in large scale plan and spec renovation and addition projects.   We have successfully completed hundreds of projects for federal, state and county governments, and have never failed to complete a project on schedule.   Through superior management techniques, excellent relationships with premium subcontractors, and outstanding mechanics in the field, we have built a reputation of distinction. AMS holds speciality licenses in Building, HVAC, Plumbing and Gas-fitting and has always been in good standing with the State Board of Contractors.  We are currently bonded by Westfield Insurance, and our insurance limits exceed industry standards.
